Question: Good Afternoon, The car will need picking up from SMC Marchwood and delivered to LN4 7QP Preferred date 24th June, but is flexible. The car has been imported from the country I am currently in, It will not have a valid UK MOT but one will be booked for the day after pick up. Details of booked MOT will be sent. It will have valid insurance. Steve - (12-06-2019) Response: The 24 th June is fine by me ,Mot'd needs to be booked before the delivery or on the Delivery Day itself I have Motor Trade Insurance that covers anyone Vehicle at a time up to £35,000 If book now I'll call you straight away and make all the arrangements Richard - (12-06-2019) Question: When you say before the delivery, does that mean just have a booked appointment or it need to be MOT'd that day? - (12-06-2019) Response: Before the 24th June it definitely needs a MOT ok , on the delivery day you only need pre-book it at a local Garage at the drop point you understand ?? that's to cover me in case I did get stopped , and is 100% legal then Richard - (12-06-2019) Question: I will send you the port email tomorrow, it will be them you will have to deal with regarding pick up as you'll be consignor on my behalf.
