Response: I want the car taken by a trailer and of course undamaged - although you have to be insured for that possibility. I am afraid I don't understand your previous message re a dealer. The car will be getting collected from my home address and transported to the vendor dealer in Bishops Stortford. It is being returned as it was delivered with a (non driving) fault and I am returning it within my consumer protection rights. The vendor dealer accepts this and is expecting the car. Please confirm that your total price is £459 (inc VAT if applicable) no extras.

The garage are making things awkward for me (!) and I have told them that I will getbutvdelivered next Wednesday but they want to phone me in the morning! Can you hold Wednesday fir me on the basis that you are getting the job or if I hit your Accept button can you commit to getting it there next week if they renege on Wednesday?

Response: I have accepted and theyvwant a deposit of £88.62 which I want to pay on a Master Card but 8t seems to be forcing me to use PayPal- it shouldn't and I should be able to just pay using my card.
