Is the cost including the VAT or do I have to add 20% on top of the £374 so actual cost would be £448 as its for personal use so isn't going through a business.

Question: I have not actually seen the van, but looking at the MOT history online it has MOT till April. I presume I tax it once it is put in my name which is happening Friday. I will ask him to put a full tank in it and pay the extra, or pay you the extra if you need the extra fuel. How do you get back just out of interest.

Question: Hello Simon, what time do you think you would be able to pick it up on Saturday and when are you thinking of driving it over as I'm quite flexible on the days, whatever is easiest for you to be fair.
Basically Karl wants it out of the way on Saturday as they have the new van coming so as long as its out the way sometime on Saturday and its kept in a safe place I'm all good.

Response: I am flexible on collection time, I will liaise with Karl. I am thinking of driving the van up on Tues 22nd if that's OK with you. In the meantime I will store the van in my yard in Westham just East of Eastbourne. My yard is fenced, locked & has CCTV.

Question: I live 2 mins from Macclesfield station so no problem dropping you off. I will get you booked later today once I have spoken to Karl as I will ask him if its ok to give you his mobile. I have his address already which , Eastbourne, BN20 8JS.

I would get it myself but I have an 8 month old baby and the mum will be working so 4-5 hours on a train plus 4-5 hour drive is way too much for a baby.

Question: Yes no problem, just spoke to Karl and told him you will collect on Saturday and get it out of his way (he seems quite a chilled bloke). If you can just makesure it has both sets of keys, log book that would be a great help. I will tax it Friday so that will be all done.

I will pay you now, if you send a photo of the receipt of fuel you put in to get here I will bank transfer it straight away as I will stick it through the other business.
