Completion is on the 8th, so we’re looking for delivery at our new property in that day. Collection could be the day before if it can’t happen in one day :)

Question: Hi, at the moment we are available and can book the collection for Thursday 7th, delivery for Friday 8th - with 1 driver so he will need help at both ends. And you need to decide ASAP as we are in peak season and tomorrow other customers will book us for other directions.

Question: Hi,
We have a Luton Van with tail lift with dimensions of 4m x 2.2m x 2m. If the beds will be dismantled - they will fit in.
Regarding the addresses: here is the info we have: collection address: 329 Eastwood Road Rayleigh Essex SS6 7LH; delivery - Paulton, Bristol Avon
BS39 7AH.
Please specify the full delivery address.

Response: Hi,

The contents of a 3 bed house will not fit in a Luton van. The size of the vechical should have been made clear. All our other quote offers have been with a 7.5t van. Please can you return the deposit as we can’t afford to make two trips. We’ve moved house before in the last two years and one Luton van won’t be sufficent.

Question: We moved 3 bed house contents in our van and they fitted in one travel. Unfortunately we don't have a bigger van.
To receive the deposit back - you need to contact DQC support can cancel the job with us.
Let us know if you go ahead with cancellation and we will cancel it from our end too.

Question: Unfortunately no. But we have the full list of items you are moving and before you go ahead with cancellation - what do you think if I will check with our manager and if they will fit in one travel. In case she confirms that will not fit - you can cancel it and find a 7.5t van. I can go back to you with a confirmation within 2 hours - as she is not available yet. Does it work for you? Will be all the beds prior dismantled?

Response: Yes the refund has been issued. We had two surveys today and we’ve been told we’d be lucky to fit everything in a 7.5 tone lorry, so cancelling was the right decision.
