Received unnamed e mails from someone at 1.30 and 6.30 pm saying they won't deliver until we pay, so there was a bit of tension there. No names were ever given so you didn't really have proper contact with a person. However in the end the armchair was safely delivered which was a sigh of relief. Lack of a personal contact did add tension to the transaction.|

Certainly the goods were delivered without damage but the timing was all over the place with neither me or the seller knowing quite when to expect them. I don't want to say I wouldn't use them again but neither would they be my first choice, shame there's not a maybe option below. This is a shame as last time we used them everything went swimmingly well.|

I was unable to contact company by phone. When I requested the co-ordintation Sylvester phone me he said he was unwilling to use his personal phone to call me.

|Antique Bedroom Set 1930s||veesun||The delivery person is extremely nice. However, the HQ person keep changing the delivery time and lots of issues trying to sort it out. If you don't mind, endless email correspondences or wasting time arguing with the person then it can be for you. I don't usually leave feedback. However, in this case I have to as they put a few dents and scratches on my vintage 1930s bedroom suite but denied it. It is very obvious that they are damaged via transit as the dented mark are outside the packaging which I've paid extra for. The packaging which I have paid for is just some cling film! Which is ridiculous, as I thought it would have at least been bubble wrap. They are a pain to deal with and I cannot be ask to argue with them anymore as it's a waste of my time. I will avoid them at all cost in future. |

Response:TOTALLY WRONG!!! The customer asked for collection before 10.30AM and he was informed that there is guarantee as we have a route to follow. The time slot of arrival can be provide only a day before collection. He agreed and accepted us.

Thaey have transported bath sitting on a thin edge and broken it and need to take them to court now. Despite having witness who testified inappropriate handling of the bath they won't admit mistake.
They arranged pick up when we were at home so they can inspect the item. The day before they said they canjot come at 5pm but only earlier and it is OK to wrap it. When they damaged it they denied any responsibility stating it was wrapped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY since they are highly unproffessional. Now we need to even pay them to return the bath to us since bathroom store rejected the bath. We received no receipt for previous payments. |

He then said he didn't have much room in the van after realising it wouldnt fit in the footwell. He part slide, part chucked it on top of whatever was already in the Van. Only about half of it was actually resting on something, I complained, he then moved it into something higher but with about two thirds supported. Said it'll be fine and shut the door. Needless to say I spent the next few days very worried about what condition the TV would be in when it was finally delivered. Fortunately it was delivered without damage. When my leather furniture was delivered three large stick on labels had been attached...one on the fabric part behind cushion on chair but on top of both arms of the sofa.When we peeled them off the glue was so strong that it peeled off the surface of the leather,leaving two large areas of rough,lighter leather. We showed this to the delivery men who apologised but said it was the lady in the warehouse!!|
