I have been trying to call you on your mobile since I made the booking at the beginning of the week but it keeps going to voice mail. I have also sent an email a few days again but i have not seen any responses. /do you have another phone number you can be contacted on?
The person who lives at the collection address is getting anxious due to not receiving any information about collection but would like collection on Saturday 16th November.
