We provide on route service only, which means we can collect or deliver when we are in the area. We collect and deliver on WEEKENDS (please check if we can collect/deliver on weekdays for you). We send notifications 2 days in advance with an available time slot for collection/delivery. Goods in Transit insurance is up to £10,000. The items which have been transported without packaging are not covered by the insurance. The sender is responsible for the packing and protecting of the item(s) prior to dispatching. Alternatively we can provide a packing service for the additional charge (up to £10) wrapping with stretch film; or protecting with cardboard; or wrapping with bubble wrap (up to £20). We are not liable for any damages to the items transported without sufficient packaging. Also we offer assembling/dismantling service for the additional charge, please ask for the details. The payment is accepted by BANK TRANSFER 24 hours PRIOR TO DELIVERY. Please make sure you have supplied full and correct collection and delivery addresses including the phone numbers well in advance, so we can make the arrangements. Please note that the quote is given on the information provided and any changes will automatically invalidate the quote.
