I got contacted yesterday and was asked if the collection can take place in the morning despite me having clarified to Mike that i am not free in the morning. They said they would call me again the same day and confirm the time. I was not contacted yesterday and called today while i was in the tube so there was no service. I had confirmed with Mike and on the phone that the collection will take place today. I am taking a train to Nottingham just for the collection if it does not happen today i am cancelling the order and getting my deposit back. I have tried contacting you in several ways.
