Both addresses are residential. The pickup address will have stairs, but second, leaving it on the ground floor is fine.

Please give me updated dates if I have not missed pickup for this week, and I will confirm for the delivery.

It is a residential house, and the mattress is on the first floor, most likely will try to get this on the ground floor for you. 1 person is fine, we can help on on collect if required- delivery will be on ground floor.

If you can confirm times, I will send deposit over with contact number for both sides, and pay rest in cash on delivery.
