Question: Hi, as i am sure you are aware, this item is very heavy. The seller will help move it but there will need to be at least two of you. He will have to dismantle the frame after you have moved the top slate section, unless you want to move it in one piece? He is available evenings/weekend/Monday 21st daytime. Sure, we will offer a 2 man team for this job and can collect it on Tuesday 22nd or Thursday 24th or Saturday 26th and deliver within 2, 4 business days. Please advise when is more convenient for seller and if both sides are on ground floor.

Tuesday is probably the best day - but I won't be there unless it is after 6 - I may be able to be there if it is early (before 8.30).
My wife will be in but she will be able to offer limited help.

When I got it - my brother and I loaded it together but it was really hard work. If your guys have muscles they should still be okay, especially if they have a dolly. They'll be able to back up to the house and load it directly.

I can get the base dismantled ready for them so they only need to load....

Do you want the base dismantled into legs and rods or left as one piece? Delivery to ground floor through patio doors at back. My drive is narrow for a van some may have to carry 20 metres round from the front. What time will you intend to pick up?

Response: hello, yes please. It`s hard to predict the time at the moment, as it depends on our route. We are doing the route a day before the job and our manager will contact both sides a day before collection and delivery to confirm 3 hours window time slot of arrival. Waiting for your order.
