We can collect on Monday 12th and deliver on Tuesday 13th, and I will leave a note to our manager that you want to be in the evening. Please advise if it works for you and if you need a 2 man team. Also, are both ends on ground floor?

That will be good. There is help to carry at the pick up and I can manage at the other end easily as it's on the ground floor through the double door.
