Response: Hi. Yes both ends are ground floor. My partner and brother can help but they both work Monday to Friday 6am till 4:30pm so would have to be after that or on the weekend if that's OK? Thank you

Question: I think it is the best to go ahead wwith collection and delivery on Saturday 27th. Just to confirm the last thing: is it an upright piano, correct? not an baby grand piano?
If it is a upright - feel free to accept us so we can book you in.
Our manager will liaise with both ends a day before to confirm the 3 hours window that works for all parts.
