Response: This Sunday 21st January 2018 between 10:15am-3pm would be ok to collect if it can be delivered on Thursday 25th January 2018.

Would that be a possibility and how much would it cost?

Question: Thursday delivery will be perfect. I am not sure yet of Sunday pick-up by 3pm, can the collection time be extended little bit? We do ground to ground floor move only, for the pianos, and the price with 2 men team will be 200 ponds, with site deposit fee included. Please advise! Aaron - arrows (19-01-2018)

Response: 3pm is the latest time on Sunday because the piano is in a self storage unit which closes at 4pm (last entry for removal is 3pm). The self storage unit is on 1st floor but there is a large lift and no stairs involved at all. The piano was moved there with no problem whatsoever. The delivery address in Salford is on ground floor.
Will 3pm work this Sunday 21st January?
What time can you deliver it on Thursday 25th January?

Please could you confirm that the piano will be fully insured when moving it.

Question: I do have a contact number however cannot pass it to you until the bid is accepted. What is the walking distance between the place where the piano is stored and the van? How many meters approx? We have trabsit straps and blankets into the van to protect the piano while being in transit, no worries. - arrows (19-01-2018)

Response: You would be able to park your van right outside the lift (there is a side entrance to the lift from outside).

I can give you a contact number for the storage place who would be able to give you the exact metres. (It should not be more than 1-2 metres).
Please could you confirm that you are able to fetch the piano this Sunday 21st January at 3pm and deliver it on Thursday 25th January (please confirm time)?

Question: How about Tuesday next week and delivery on Thursday? Will that be ok? Collection within working hours and delivery definitely not in the morning but late afternoon/early evening, timeslot TBC. We will have our Thursday's route on Wednesday the 24th ready only, and then we will contact you to confirm the ETA, plus 30 mins notice from drivers before their arrivals. - arrows (19-01-2018)

Tuesday afternoon at 3:30pm or 4pm would work and delivery on Thursday afternoon/early evening is fine.

Please could you confirm that you have experience moving upright pianos, have the correct equipment to move and secure the piano and are fully insured?

Are you fully insured to transport a piano and do you have the necessary equipment to secure the piano in the van (straps, trolley, blankets)?

Will you have 2 people on the job so that they can move the piano?

Question: Hello, we can collect your order on 24th and deliver it on 25th. There will be 2 drivers. If it suits you, go ahead and accept us. Our manager will liaise with both ends a day before to confirm the 3 hours window.

Please could you confirm that the piano would be fully insured (up to £2500-£3000) and that the drivers are experienced in moving pianos and are able to move the piano with the correct equipment and secure the piano in the van with blankets and straps?

Question: We are doing our route a day before so our manager will contact both sides a day before collection and delivery to confirm 3 hours window time slot of arrival, withc works for both sides. Please do not worry, our drivers has experience in transporting pianos. We have piano trolley and we have insurance, as well. The item will be handled with care. We have blankets to cover the items during the transportation and it is in our interest for items to arrive the same condition as they were collected. Please confirm if both ends are ground floor. Response: The piano is in a self storage facility and is on the first floor with a very large lift- there are NO stairs involved. The driver would be able to park his van right at the side of the lift (the lift has an exit to the street.

The delivery address is a ground floor flat with direct entry from the car park at the back of the building- No stairs.

I am travelling on Wednesday early afternoon so would need a morning slot for collection. Do you think this is possible?

Should I give you the full addresses or should I confirm the job first and then enter the addresses?
