Question: Hi, when do you want the collection/delivery? - tesla_couriers (26-06-2017)

Response: Needs to be collected and delivered next Monday 3rd July. Collected 7 -8am and delivered the same day.

Question: Hi, we can do it on Monday 3rd, but the collection can be during the day and delivery in the evening as we are based in Birmingham too and cannot be in the morning at the pick up end. Please advise if it suits you.

Response: Hello, The delivery would need to be made from about 2pm-4pm if possible? Also what type of van do you have i.e. would it all fit in?

Question: Unfortunately we cannot deliver by these hours, it may be around 8, 9 PM. We have a luton van with dimensions: 4m x 2m x 2m. Please confirm how many units you are moving.

Response: We are moving 4 large units (1.8m h x 900mm w x 600mm d) and 10x smaller units (0.9m h x 500mm w x 700mm d) all units are on wheels. They can potentially be stacked. The requirement is that it is delivered on a Monday, could collection be made on Friday and then delivered on Monday, would that work?

Unfortunately 8-9pm is too late, the hospital will be closed. It needs to be delivered between 9.00am and 3.00pm approx.

Question: We can collect on Saturday 1st and deliver on Monday, or collection on Monday and deliver on Tuesday in the morning. If they can be stacked - it would be great.
Please advise if one of these offers works for you.

Response: Yes, ok, Saturday would work ok. It has to be Monday delivery.

Sorry, forgot to ask, can you help with unloading?

Question: Yes, we will help you with loading/unloading. But it is with 1 driver, so he will need help as well. We cna go ahead with collection on SAturday and delivery on Monday, but please makre sure they are prior stacked.
If everything is ok, go ahead and accept us so we can book you in.
