Our manager will contact both ends a day before to provide the 3 hours slot time window. If it suits you, go ahead and accept us.

Hi,
The pick up date is more important than the drop off as I will have to take a day off work. If you could pick up on July 7th and deliver some time later it would be perfect.
Let me work out when the delivery date could be and confirm it will be 7 boxes and i will get back to you on Monday

Hi,
After packing I have realised that there will only be the need for 6 boxes rather than 7, does this change the quote?
If possible the pick-up would have to be after 11am on Friday 7th July and delivery after 12 midday on Monday 10th or all day on Tuesday 11th or Wednesday 12th. Is this something that can be arranged?

We can arrange it: collection on Friday 7th afer 11AM, delivery in one of these days. Our manager will liaise with both ends a day before to confrm the 3 hours slot time window that works for all parts.
Regarding price - this is our best quote and cannot reduce more.
If it suits you, go ahead and accept us.
