Question: Hi, we can collect on Thursday 1st and deliver on Friday 2nd but with 1 driver. Please advise if it suits you and if there will be assistance available - in case it's too heavy for one man.

Response: That's great but she is only on from 1pm-4.30pm on Thursday. She said she has help to load as it is heavy solid unit.
Would you be able to give me a time roughly of delivery as I'll have to make sure someone is here. It'll be the afternoon.

We can offer a 2 man team and can collect it on Friday 2nd and it will be 25 on top. The delivery will be within 2, 4 business days with a notice a day before arrival.
Please advise when is more convenient and I will upate our quote.

I can do tomorrow night as there's help that end. But I'll need to know when you would deliver on Friday to have help at this end.

Question: Carolyn, it's ok to have so many questions and we are open to negociate everything.
Yes, I mean 2 man team for collection and delivery. But if you want we can offer 2 drivers for collection and one for delivery and it will be 15 on top. On Friday we can schedule the delivery in the afternoon when you are home. Anyway, our manager will contact both ends a day before to confirm the 3 hours slot time window that works for both parties.

Question: Carolyn, in the delivery area on Friday 2nd we are with only one driver. With 2 drivers we are rarely next Thursday 8th. If you can help us with unloading we can go ahead, otherwise will update the quote for 2nd driver and leave for next week.
Please confirm.
Regarding payment, we accept Paypal - but please be aware about 4% fee charged for using their services, bank transfer and cash.

If you are able to deliver later in the day on Friday then the whole thing can be done with 1 man. Does that make sense?

We can collect tomorrow in the evening with 1 driver when the seller is home and can help us with loading and deliver on Friday 2nd with 1 driver when you are in and can help us with unloading.
Our manager will contact both ends a day before to provide the 3 hours slot time window. If it suits you, go ahead and accept us.
