The quote includes fuel, insurance and VAT, you will need to have paid for the vehicle in full and provided your details to the seller so that they can update the car logbook online.
Other than that once the quote is accepted everything is done your end!
I only work Friday afternoons and weekends, this Friday afternoon works fine for me. Let me know if you have any questions.

Just as an update - it sounds like the situation with the car having outstanding finance shouldn't be a problem after all. So I plan to go ahead once a few more questions are answered (in particular re the warranty).
Anyway what I wanted to ask was whether you would do me a favour when you collect the car by checking a few details? I'm talking about a cursory check of the outside and inside for any damage, and checking the vehicle ID number. I'd obviously pay you for this (I assume you could submit another quote with an agreed amount added on?). And none of it would be binding on you in any way - it would just reassure me that some basics had been looked at before the car was driven away. Would you be willing to do that?
