The quote is for transport inclusive of insurance for the transport of boats and VAT, but not lifting or slipway fees.

Your boat will be transported on one of our fully adjustable boat trailers, towed by a specially adapted and uprated 4x4 for heavy duty towing, and in compliance with Tachograph and Operators Transport Regulations, and driven by a LGV (Class1) qualified driver.

Question: You are sure this can go on a trailer given its width of 2.68/2.95m (depending on who you ask) and that you will be complying with French "Convoi exceptionel" requirements? - (13-08-2020)

Yes it will go on the the trailer, I have transported a couple of Leader 805s, I took one down to Torrevieja, Spain last year. I'm fairly sure the beam of the boat is 2.9 metres, I have a French cat 1 Roving Permit for loads up to 3 metres wide.

Question: Good. I agree that the beam is 2.9 metres so it would just fit a trailer designed for 3 metre loads. You would have to convince the French that they were able to let the boat go on that basis! When would you do this trip if authorised to go? Would you do it for a round £2,000 including VAT? - (14-08-2020)

As I mentioned originally I'm fully booked until the week beginning 21st September. My quote is based on £2000 inc vat,, the difference are the site fees, but would be happy to reduce by my quote by a 100 pounds.
When moving "Convoi Exeptsionel" wide loads in France it's mandatory I carry the certificate, so that it is evident that I am able to transport the boat.
