Question: Hi Paul,

Could you tell me a little more about the process as this is totally new to me. Under normal circumstances I would happily collect it myself.

I’m mainly interested in the type of transporter you use, its clearance for getting the car on - its quite low being the type of car it is. The ETA on delivery especially as I had selected 1-3 days. Along with any other helpful information you may have such as payment etc.

Response: Hi Jack, I use a large car transporter which is suitable for low cars as long as it is the original manufacturers spec. In other words, if it is a standard RS then we are OK, if the suspension is modified we probably wont be and you will need a race car transporter with a drop tailgate. The car would be transported on Saturday. The transport is booked by paying the site deposit fee and the balance paid to me on delivery of the car. All the best, Paul - (13-05-2020)

Question: Yes the car is totally standard so suspension won’t be an issue. The garage was interested as to when you would be looking to be there for, they were hoping on the earlier side? Once we have that confirmed I think it be pretty happy to go ahead. - (13-05-2020)

Question: I’ve just spoke to the garage and if you are to be at their address for 1030, that’s totally fine with them. They did ask to confirm the size of your transport vehicle so if you would be able to send an image across to me for me to forward on that would be great. Response: Hi Jack, as long as I can load up early enough then 10.30am should be fine. Unfortunately the site is an introduction and cannot release details until the job is booked. As soon as that is done, we can speak freely. The trailer is a 22' tilting car transporter towed by a large 4x4 just to give you an idea. I presume the car is running OK to load and unload?
