Response: Hi Phil, my name is Clodagh. I'm Steve's other half. What happens now is, you accept our quote, fill in the relevant collection and address details. Then you pay a percentage of our quote to DQC, its their booking fee. Once this has been completed we will then be able to talk to each other directly to make arrangements.
