That's great I can't give you an exact date that the caravan will be available to be picked up, but as soon as I know I will tell you. The reason why is because my nan and grandad were on a caravan holiday and my grandad got rushed into hospital and once he is out they can make their way home, but they can't tow the caravan back due to a problem with the handbrake on their car.

I have spoken with my nan and grandad and they just want to ask a couple of things.

Will you need the keys off them or are you happy with us locking the caravan for towing?

Also, will my nan and grandad need to be there for you to collect the caravan, it's just that if he leaves before the 22nd, the caravan park said they can store the caravan for them until its collected. Would you guys be happy with collecting the caravan when you are able to?

Response: Hi Cameron, it's ok to lock the caravan. So long as someone will be at the site to release the caravan to Steve, your nan and grandad don't need to be there. He can collect on the 22nd if you require.
