Question: Hi Dave, yes that wouldn't be a problem, I could either head up there Thursday evening and deliver Friday or head up there on the Friday collect the bike Friday evening and deliver on the Saturday.

Response: If you could pick up Friday and deliver on Saturday that would be great. The pick up location is Banff Scotland and dropping to Chelmsford, I see you live in Burnham so not too far to travel. What is your total quote for this job?

Question: Alright Dave, yes that would be ok, I placed a quote earlier of 423 that nets me 340 that's for a single bike transportation, if I had anything else that took me up that way or had a bike to collect on route back down i could go a bit lower. If your happy if you accept it and book me for those days.

Question: Morning Dave, yes I'm not cheap, I normally charge a pound a mile, I don't carry more than 2 bikes at once most of the time I do a single bike transportation and I'm strictly motorcycle transportation only, I don't move cars I don't move household items just bikes, not on a trailer, not transferred from van to van, it's just me and the dog, I'm just waiting to hear back from a job that would take me up near Liverpool if I get that one I'll requote on yours, just check on who your getting to move it, look at their feedback and see what they have moved before, as normal couriers may not have the correct insurance to move motor vehicles.

Question: Alright Dave, I've got the other job but that puts me in Manchester Saturday morning, Banff is still 400 odd miles from there and then near on 600 back that's 2 tanks of fuel and I wouldn't be back until Sunday evening sometime, my new quote won't be a lot lower but I'll put it anyway.
