Question: Ok no worries, are they a motorcycle transportation firm or it's it a normal chuck anything in the van courier, as they will not have the appropriate insurance to legally move vehicles, just check on their past deliveries and check what they have been transporting. I'd collect and deliver on the same day.

Having looked into the quote from the other company there were some hidden costs (surcharge for specifying pick up time slot, extra for the insurance cover, etc.), making the quote around £200 anyway. Furthermore they were unable to specify their delivery slot. I'm right in thinking you said you'd be able to collect and deliver on the same day? If so I'm interested in taking you up on the offer. More peace of mind getting it done by someone who cares. Therefore, just to clarify, what would the total cost of your quote be?
