Response: Hi Zak, only just read your message. I dont need it moving till the 13th or after if the car needs to be working to be transported ? Could you please advise as the car has been sat on the drive for over a year. It needs a new battery which i have but its not been fitted.
Can you transport the car in a non working condition ?

Question: Yes it can be transported and winched if it isn't starting.
