Question: No1 transporter how is me letting a customer know to double check insurance policy nonsense? It’s called looking after the customer as they come 1st they have to make sure their vehicles are correctly covered in the event of an accident. He another one that places quotes then refuses to do the job unless he paid extra. We have had the website come to us with 2 of his customers on here as he tried charging extra after bid accepted. Response: Unfortunately not, it was in a minor collision and though fully working and visibly only shows very minor damage to the bumpers, the car needs recovery so that I can get it re-mot'd. it is however taxed.
