Response: Hiya - hope you are well also. Just FYI, this is a car i bought from a dealership used and promised it is mechanically perfect, but upon receipt of it, there is clutch judder and some other aspects that i am unhappy with that a BMW specialist uncovered.

As a result i'm looking to return it. But i am currently negotiating with the dealership and trying to get my refund but they are being difficult despite it being less than 30 days since purchase. A compromise i have offered to pay for the vehicle to be transported to them so i am trying to get a quote for this. But yes, the vehicle can be driven and is totally fine to drive. Hope this helps.

I'm not certain on when i might need this yet as i am still in negotiation with the dealership.
