Question: BE AWARE OF A1 TOWING… I have been informed by a customer he drove there brand new van 40 miles after claiming his truck broke down but the customer van had a tracker onit and this is false information he actually used the van to go home and back. He was also spotting in a very old truck struggling to move with loads of smoke coming out it just after delivery. He also refused to send proof of insurance to the customer after receiving funds for the job. Many rules been broken by him on here provided all details to customer services on here as he breaking the law! I have his full address from the customer if that’s even the correct address police are on the look out for him in that area after customer reported him so maybe they got him after all :) - tradeplatesmoves (10-05-2025)

Question: Here’s the feedback for the van I did and at that time the competitor on here was a2b he’s registered as a different user

Great service from A1 towing. He kept in contact with me from the second I posted the job on here until the van arrived.

He did have minor truck issues which wasn’t a problem all resolved and deliver still made on same day as promised.

He acted professionally from start to finish even though 1 company on here kept acting very unprofessional with his manners and trying to put me of a1 towing I decided to go with him instead which I’m very happy that I did. I’m a dispute company who’s also in this trade with a very large client base and I will most certainly be in contact with Paul again as my customers he dealt with both at collection and delivery seemed happy with his service.

Keep up the good work and don’t lower your bids for A2Bdispute this guy Steven from will not last long in this trade he is full of empty promises offers transport then comes out with all the excuses under the sun to why he can only drive it then when you agree to that he starts demanding you to tax and insure the car which anyone in this trade knows that’s what trade plates are for so please anyone reading this if your comparing a1 or anyone else with A2B avoid A2B at all costs he will cost you more money and stress in the end his company not even registered as been in the trade that tells you everything you need to know.
