Question: Thank you for the quote. The trailer sailer is sat on a twin axle trailer, but it hasn’t been towed for many years, so I’m not confident about tyre and wheel bearing condition until I’ve checked them out. The boat is 22ft long, 8’2” wide and weighs 1070kg. I’ll be going down to the boat yard over the weekend to strap/tie down the mast to the boat and the boat to the trailer.

The boat is sat on hard standing in Evesham, WR11 4TA and I live at Wiltshire, SP4 8AX. There is a big gravel car park next to where I live for off- loading away from the road.

If possible the early part of the week following week (29 Jul - 2 Aug) would be ideal. - (18-07-2024)

Question: Hi Nigel, the trailer looks in good condition but it’s not been used for many years and I don’t really know the state of the tyres and wheel bearings which is why I won’t tow it until I’ve checked them out. Doug, the marina owner, has moved it off the grass verge to hard standing and he says all is ok. I’m going to the marina tomorrow to tie everything down so I can send another update tomorrow.
