Response: Hi Alan, I hope and pray that you are ok from panic attack. I understand that you were not able to do the delivery first time as you were not aware of the fact that car was automatic, sorry about that, and second time due to a panic attack for which I am sorry and I hope so that you recovered. Alan could you please give us a date or day when you or someone else from your company can do the job? I am on a rented car and that is costing me alot. Secondly, the person from whom you have to collect the car, is now asking me for more money for keeping the car on his premises, which is making situation tense for me. Currently, I am too tense due to the expenses And I dont want to end up myself like your panic attack or a heart attack due to finincial pressure!
Alan if its not possible for your company to do the job sooner, You can take your compensated money for the first effort you made to collect the car and can refund me the rest. Or you can make a quick delivery and take some extra 50 pounds from me after delivery which ever is feasible for you! I am messaging you here to keep things clear!
