I have accepted this bid (despite being 40% more expensive than the others) on the basis that:
1) The company was factually aware of the scenario (keys in Hong Kong + Car inside parking bay)
2) Did not at any time prior to me accepting the offer, indicate that there would be any difficulties.

Given the situation of Coronavirus, it will possibly take at least a whole month before the key can arrive to the UK, even if I do so by airmail as there are about 2 planes flying between HK and the UK everyday. This means that at minimum, I will need to extend my parking at Heathrow till April, incurring an additional cost of about 35 pounds per week.

However, as we are both stuck here right now, this is how I propose we move forward:
1) I will send the key at my earliest convenience. Please provide the address which I am supposed to send it to.
2) Given that I held a legitimate expectation that now remains unfulfilled, I expect a reduction in the price for the service to adjust for the fact that I have now incurred an extra cost (extra parking cost + mailing cost + much more expensive contract price) than if I have chose others (I was quoted around 180 pounds by other companies).

And I do apologise as their was probably a break down in communication and understanding on are end as more then one person use this account. I did read over and it does seem like this.
Regarding the key I do apologise for any inconvenience but unfortunately we would need the key to carry out the job.
If still wanted us to carry this out for you I will forward you a address this evening where you can send in your convenience.

As for the job we will requote you and the cost will be 199.
