Collection and Delivery times will be from 07.00am up to 22.00pm.
We will cover your goods with blankets and straps to prevent any unpredictable damage during transportation .
Things like these like clocks, vintage items or appliances, electronic items, glassware and chandeliers, furniture with glass panels, and more - may be classified as fragile goods need special handling and careful transport, That need to be packed and handled with extreme caution, to ensure that they remain in the same condition after transport.

Transporter/courier will collect and delivery within all bookings within 3 to 10 working days of quote acceptance dependent on the locations and available space in the vehicle.
The Service we offer is for an 1 man and a vehicle, with collection & delivery performed at ground floor level only or in to and out of buildings if necessary of booking.
***Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. Our quote is based on the items stated. We fully understand nothing can be 100% accurate but we do ask our clients to be as honest as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then we do reserve the right to charge additional costs.
***Our service is ground floor to ground floor if you require the driver to place/collect items in your home or carry upstairs/downstairs please state beforehand. (failure to do so may incur an extra charge).
***Assistance required lifting in and out of van with heavy or bulky items.

1) Standard for flexible clients with non-urgent delivery, anytime collection and delivery for transport provider.
2) Collection and delivery on specific dates and time slots - extra delivery service - extra charge, please ask.
Payment terms:
- Cash on collection or delivery.
-Bank Transfer within 24 hours prior to job .
- Payment by PayPal (but plus 4% fee) -before delivery
