Our business was born of frustation! Frustration with other courier sites prices, customer service and their ridiculous ordering systems (have you ever tried to weigh a bike?)
We first started with delivering bikes for friends and soon realised people needed help with delivering all kinds of big and bulky stuff.
Our philosophy is that we don't expect ordering a delivery to be fun...but it should be easy and not make you want to pull your hair out!
That said, we can always do with improving so if you have any ideas or feedback, good and bad, please let us know
