Every item in your possession is FULLY insured up to £20.000.


Terms and conditions:

-By accepting an offer, a customer agrees with T&C.
- Email me before accepting for availibility, please.
- The customer must provide all necessary information to collect an item. If a wrong postcode is provided, customer will be charged £1,50 for every mile between wrong and correct postcode.
- A customer will be charge for any additional item if not listed min £20. The same charge apply for larger or heavier items, unless NCT is informed before job is accepted.
- Furniture require dismantling to move out of the collection property should be dismantled before collection. We can dismantle it at extra cost of £10 per item.
-Payment: cash on collection or delivery.
- Every item will be collected and delivered within 6 working days, unless agreed otherwise.
- All items must have a protective packaging. We DO NOT take responsibility for any item without packaging. It will wrapped it in blankets.
- packaging service available from £5 per item.
- If a job is canceled less than 48 hours before agreed collection date, a customer will be charge of £20 cancelation fee.
-Due to insurance policy, its door to door service (nearest ground floor access point to nearest ground floor access point). The driver might be able to help to get the items inside at customer risk. We won't take responsibility for any damage.
