Once your order is completed and paid for using the information you have entered into the booking system you will be provided a unique booking reference, this is to be used in all correspondence. From the moment your parcel is collected you are able to track its progress every step of the way using your unique Tracking Number via our "Track & Trace" section.

There was constant email contact from the company, very quick to reply to any questions i had. very easy process and they were always helpful. Only downside, my item was supposed to be delivered on the friday and it didnt arrive until monday, with no contact on friday to say it wasn't coming, was concerned at the time but wasn't a major prob when it arrived on monday.

However I completed everything they asked for to raise a claim against TNT but then I heard absolutly nothing till I raised a case in paypal.
They then asked me for more information, the collection note (which they should have forwarded to me in the first place which they didn't) and the tracking number which they originally sent me via email when the package was collected.
They have a telephone number that continually rings out, never was it answered!!
Avoid at all costs is my advice Response:We have advised directly that items of this nature are not insured in transit, you are aware of this prior to shipment as hard drives can be damaged prior to shipment which photo evidence cannot show.
