I run a small delivery business, where quality and professionalism comes first. We have 2 vans, servicing the much of the UK! In order to provide the National service, we must work to a tight schedule (which cannot be changed). Please ensure the dates I’ve given work for you!
Pls confirm BEFORE you book:
- if collection or delivery point is a business address
- Check the dates work for all parties BEFORE you book as I work to a set schedule.
- Dates are NOT flexible. I offer a driver only service, so assistance must be provided at collection and delivery points if the item is weird or big in Size which can't be lift by one person or weight is more than 28 kg.
- If you have been provided two dates for a collection or delivery, these dates are not options, we cover certain parts of the country on overnight routes hence the 2 dates.
Our service time (collection/delivery) and is from 7am to 10 pm, therefore if there’s any time restraints, this must be mentioned prior to booking.

We are a small setup with just 2 vans and we cover much of the country. This does mean we have to work to a tight Schedule and when a breakdown occurs it can cause delays. If you need that 100% bullet proof service, I can’t promise this. Here at Scheduled Deliveries, we’re a small team of grafters, working 12-14 hours a day, 5-6 days a week trying to provide the best service we can. We’ll promise to always try our hardest to get the job done right…

I can’t change my route schedule so please ensure the dates I give work for you and any other party concerned, BEFORE YOU BOOK!
We use sheets to cover items, with straps to secure them however, our insurance will ONLY cover items which have been adequately packed/boxed. We won’t cover against damage to unpacked items- unpacked items transported at customers risk. Fragile items should be boxed or crated to enable us to secure the goods into the vehicle correctly.
Customers looking to pay on delivery, must make the payment before the goods are removed from the vehicle; drivers are not authorized to remove the goods from the vehicle until the payments are clear.

- Customers requiring a collection or delivery from a clean air, ULEZ or LEZ zones is liable to contribute to the charge, this charge is in addition to the amount quoted on this platform.
