A friendly chap that would be on top of his communications so you always keep updated what is actually happening. He is a busy bloke and still managed to fit me in his schedule which has saved me a few pennies from the warehouse as they charge outrageous prices. He takes care of peoples items as i was there to help him unpack and lift. Nothing beats being in that situation. Also the speed to get from point a to b was swift feels like he is driving a lambo. When I do have other items I will definitely use him again and will not hesitate to recommend his to my friends and family. | |

I selected his quote for the items I required collected and delivered, paid my deposit to van quote and waited.
I had to contact him twice over the next couple of weeks, was promised collection but it was cancelled then was told his van had broken down. I’m sure there were genuine reasons but the lack of communication and obviously the delays were very disappointing. I hope he will be able to take this as constructive criticism and improve his service for others.
I have since arranged a professional service for the collection and delivery of my items.

Response:I agree with the customer I would be unsatisfied myself, my van broke down in Blackpool gearbox and clutch that was a major repair and garages were full it was not easy for me to find one that could take 8 meter long van. Next week I am back on road but customer has found someone else to complete the job | |
