TERMS OF ACCEPTANCE
Collection and Deliveries will be from ground floor to ground floor.
It MUST clearly state if 2 persons are required to carry out the job as drivers work on their own, driver will require assistance for heavy and large goods if this is not requested loading/unloading at both ends.
Collection & Delivery times will be from 7am till 9pm.
FLEXIBLE REQUESTS: will be delivered between 3-7 days
URGENT REQUESTS: will be delivered on the requested date.
Our Vans carry a trolly, straps and blankets to keep the items safe and secure. NO packaging materials are carried so please make sure FRAGILE/DELICATE items are packed sufficiently.

Payment will be collected on Collection.
