~ Visiting hours 0700-2100hrs Mon-Sat. Office hours 0800-1800hrs Mon-Fri.

~ We do not enter residential buildings- outdoor kerbside service only (with exception of disability friendly requests)

~ Pallets & heavies such as engines must be loaded & unloaded by sender & recipient.
~ Assistance required for items over 35kgs, oversized, awkward or where access is narrow, steep, by steps or not accessible by vehicle.
~ We do not carry waste, hazardous / highly flammable products, illicit goods / substances or weapons- acceptance of quote reflects your agreement to these safety measures.
~ Dirt, carbon or oil residue is not a problem but items must be drained & not leaking!
~ We offer engine / gearbox Clean & Collect service from courier depots where a leak has caused rejection- this environmental protection service is priced differently so please enquire for more info.
~ All items are protected & strapped. We aren’t an ‘on & gone’ man & van service; we are a helpful haulage business & treat your items as we would our own so may take a few moments to secure load or rearrange items before leaving.
~ We do not pay for or survey goods on behalf of clients- items must be paid for prior to collection. Any QR codes or paperwork must be supplied at least one day before collection where the seller requires it for us to collect.
~ Items must be in suitable condition to withstand road transportation with nothing loose, fragile items marked if already wrapped, no leaks or damp, no subtle sharp edges which could result in injury if not easily spotted etc. Evidence of pre-existing damage or material weakness in collection photography or notes removes all damage insurance & liability if the weakened material breaks or worsens during transport.
~ We do not transport containers of fuel or compressed gas.
~ Ethical, polite, convenient client relationships are at the heart of what we do so please help us by providing the correct Name, Address, Mobile & Email for each end of the job so we can notify the other contacts of our visit for you to save you going between! We are data compliant :)
~ If after accepting our quote you wish to add more items / the items are bigger than originally stated / there is a significant change in locations then please be prepared for a revised quote.
~ We have robust processes in place to prevent attempted insurance / sales dispute fraud including timestamped & geo tagged photographic collection & delivery notes which also serve well as proof of postage for most selling platforms. Please supply an email address for the collection contact where a collection note is required as we do not print on site.
~ For items sealed / boxed / pre-wrapped please note that insurance & our liability will only cover loss, theft, fluid or fire damages only. We photograph the outer packaging from all angles on collection & delivery as if it were an item but packaging prevents us documenting item condition inside. We cannot be held liable for condition / damage of packed items as we cannot document pre-existing damage or ensure that the packaging is substantial enough for protection during professional transit.
~ We do not cover electrical faults or internal mechanical faults- this is the seller’s domain so always buyer beware!
~ We do not offer temperature controlled services or offer insurance or liability in relation to temperate control of items.
~ Items should be inspected upon delivery & any concerns raised with the driver for record on delivery system before signing for delivery. A query must also be lodged in writing with the office on the same day as delivery to be eligible for damage claim investigation.
~ If we cancel for any unforeseen reason, we will provide a full refund. If you have to cancel we give a 100% refund as late as the day before, give 50% if over 4hrs before collection & give 25% back beyond this or if the item cannot be collected due to the load being Substantially different than was described or if it breaches the above safety terms.
~ We will always attempt to contact you from the collection point before making a decision should there be an issue & we understand sales description errors, extra freebies & sizing miscommunications can happen- we are here to help when it's genuinely unexpected!
~ We NEVER increase price or add fees after booking unless a client adds or amends requirements.
~ Tolls are included however if your item is listed as 'London' & becomes a Congestion Charge location not listed or discussed before booking there may be a fee or longer lead time while we amass multiple CC Zone shipments.
