► This quote includes - London Charges if applicable , Free Packing

► This quote is for Ground Floor to Ground Floor (unless otherwise agreed);

► Weight - This quote is for a maximum 70kg weight (if the item is heavier please get in touch to discuss BEFORE ACCEPTING THE QUOTE )

► We are not dealing with dismantling / assembling of any sorts (unless otherwise agreed)

► TIME SLOT - We provide a 2 hours time slot one day before the actual job, we can not provide time slots for upcoming jobs a few days ahead. We can not guarantee jobs restricted by opening hours or time conditioned without notice before accepting the quote . So if you have a job restricted by opening hours or time slot please get in touch first or let us know before accepting the bid.

► DELAYS ON THE JOB – We allocate a standard of 15 minutes for each job (unless otherwise agreed). We will not be absurd but if the team is losing time because of an obstacle (at the address) because the item is not already prepared to go, because the collection or delivery contact are not at home and we have to wait. We will charge for that. We give notice the day before the actual job, the driver is texting at least 30 minutes or more where possible. We will not waste your time please do not waste ours.

► LOS OR DAMAGE COVER LEVELS - our quote includes compensation cover up to £400 per job/transport. If the goods exceed this amount please get in touch as we can provide cover for higher value items at extra cost .

► DAMAGE – We strongly recommend packing fragile items appropriately. When receiving your items please check and make sure everything is OK or as it should, if there is a problem (we do our best to avoid problems) we can sort everything out as we are fully insured for GOODS IN TRANSIT up to £25000. ANY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE made after the team has left, will not be valid, we will not take responsibility, so please check your items;

► ADDRESS ISSUES – The quote is given based on the address / location provided by the person who is advertising the job. We are aware that sometimes the system does not function as it should or error can be made. Given these facts, we reserve our right to withdraw the quote or change the initial price that was quoted.

► REBOOKING – If for any reason you have to rebook the job or delay it, give us one day's notice and we will keep it in the warehouse until the closest date that we can deliver at no extra charge. If we have to rebook the job without a reasonable notice (we get to the address and there is nobody to receive) given that both parties are made aware that we are coming you will encounter extra charges

► ABUSE – We understand that, for many reasons, you might get upset or frustrated (we are all humans) with the driver or the drivers mate or with our company, but please do not use strong or offensive language.

► COMPLAINTS – For any complaints call / email us and we are here to help and we can admit if mistakes are being made, we are far from perfect.
