| 1 x Car / SUV: Lexus Rx450h | drolusola1 | Ok we had an issue initially as the Copart transportation app looked completely different to how it was shown on the internet. This led to difficulty booking a collection slot from Copart. It took me 5mins to sort out on the phone with Copart guiding me through app. I felt the he could have done this without my intervention. This led to the car arriving after the garage had closed and I had to cancel my evening appointment so I could be present when the car was delivered. I was unhappy about it but I recognise it’ was not really his fault and I’m likely more forward in knowing how to get things sorted.
In fairness, despite being the cheapest, he still gave a 50% discount from the original quote for the trouble so I will use again in the future. Response:thank you for the feed back | |
