| 2 sofas | garry.lessels | This started well and I felt that this would go as hoped. On transit to collect the items the van broke down on 10th August. To date all I have had is poor and terse updates saying the van needs parts and 21 days later there is no update. Despite asking on 3 separate occasions for an update, there has been no response which shows the complete contempt this organisation has for its customers.
