I have full trade insurance covering up to 35k and carry trade plates. Neil was easy to talk to and very professional. He kept in contact to keep me up to date with the journey progress and this was very comforting and reassuring when waiting for an expensive item to be delivered.

| 1 x Car / SUV: Skoda Karoq | dee.hoey | Unprofessional outfit and car was badly damaged on delivery, with the driver not accepting any responsibility for this damage, even though the car was driven and retained overnight by them.
Would not recommend using under any circumstances. Response:Oh dear! Unfortunately it's not too difficult to be seen as 'unprofessional' by people who are only prepared to hold up a lie to the sun rather than the truth. Thank goodness for CCTV to prove our story. Nothing else to say. | |
