1)It's customer's responsibility to arrange parking permits or any payments required for our vehicle(s) and if we receive any parking fine due to no permit or payments will be paid by the customer.



2)We know the customer(s) cannot provide the total number of boxes until the packing is done but at least provide us the right number of bulky items.



3)Please let us know about the sizes of your fridge/freezer, wardrobes, cabinets or any other awkward items so we can place a bid with more man power to load/unload.



4)Our quotes are based on your ''DQC'' listings and on the day if you have more than what was listed then we reserve the rights to charge extra fee or refuse to transport item if there is not enough space in the van but we can bargain for the second trip on the day.



5)Please make sure that all of your items fit in the new House/Flat and it can be easily moved through your doors or stairs, as we are not allowed to remove your doors/windows or stair panels.



6)Please be patient while we pack our van(s) as we need to cover each and every single item to avoid damages/scratches (so you can use them again).



7)We try our best to be at collection & delivery points on given times but please allow us 1/2 hour time margin due to bad traffic, breakdowns, accidents, etc.



8)If you are not happy with our staff, Please don't let them continue and contact with us immediately.



9)It's customer's responsibility to keep bolts/screws, small bits and pieces of furniture safely in a separate box.



10)Once our staff left your premises we will not be liable for any damages or lost, so please double check all of your belongings and then signs the delivery note.



12)Any cancellations within 48hrs will be changed a £100 fee.

14)We will charge £50 per floor in case if different from the listed job. (This effects only if differ from the original listings)

We accept Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit and debit Cards, No Cheques (Sorry).

1)No responsibility will be taken for the goods/items that are packed in poor quality boxes or bin liners, Shopping bags, Laundry bags, also please make sure that your mattresses are covered with polythene protectors.

(We can provide packing material for extra cost on the day).



2)Only material property up to a value of £20,000 that has been damaged during the move will be insured, excluding jewelry, watches, precious metals, stones, deeds, bonds, Bills of Exchange, Manuscripts and other documents.



3)If there is a reasonable doubt that damage happened before or after the time of removals, No damages/costs or expenses will be paid.



4)There is an excess of £250 payable by the customer in the event of a claim being made.



5)Insurance can only be claimed by Us when a full payment for the removal service has been received.



6)Our insurance does not cover the Live stock so make sure you will have your own insurance to transport them.



7)We are only responsible for what we load into our vehicles but No responsibility will be taken if your are using third party vehicles in the very same time.
