| Estate Agent Window Display - New White Wooden Plinths | jaychou | This transport provider is very unprofessional. Not only did he made a bid and after I accepted it, he message me telling me how he could not do the day I wanted for collection, but the day after.
It wasn't practical for me, as the seller needed it collected asap, but I accepted it, but as long as he collected it, in the morning the next day, which he accepted.
But guess what, he calls me midday the next day to tell me he can't get there until 3pm to make collection, because something happen to his van. Which was quite annoying, but I had no choice to accept it.
After 3pm, he calls me to tell me he can't do the job nomore, as the item is too big for his van. Which is weird, as I stated on the listing the correct measurements and weight the seller gave me, even with the pictures. He telling me on the phone how he should be getting paid more for this job. Like I force him to make a lower bid, and guess what, that was his first bid.
This transport provider cause me grieve, If I knew something like this could of happen, I could of gave the job to someone else.
He not only wasted my time, but also gave me hassle with the seller.
His unprofessionalism has wasted my time, and lost someone else a job.
My point in all this, is people who put listing up, should give correct information which I did and the transport provider who bidding for a job, should check if they can do the job before they commit to it.
It just waste everyone time.
Im not saying his a bad person, as I have not met him in person, but only spoke on the phone with. Im hoping he can learn from his mistakes, check before he makes a bid and know that he can do the job listing, before committing to it.
Usually I dont give bad feedback, but I felt like I had to, so he can know his mistakes and learn from it.
