-Please ensure that your inventory is accurate; because every cubic meter space counts: and as such, any access furniture/box/item apart from the original list will incur a charge.
-our porters will always judge on risks of carrying specific fragile items, and if cautioned,customers will bear responsibility on any items that might potentially get damaged in transit and our insures will not pay.
-customers are required to SIGN-UP delivery of items in good condition upon delivery. We do not take RESPONSIBILITY on any issues raised AFTER delivery when customer has signed.
