Terms & Conditions

*This is one Man and Van service I will need help to load and unload if is a heavy or big items.

*If your job is a required time/date please always check with us before accepting to see if that time/date slot is still available to avoid disappointment. Also pls contact me EVEN IF THE WORK IS PUT TO THE TIME AND DATE BEFORE ACCEPT MY BID.

*There will be no insurance claims for damages Fragile items such as glasses,mirror etc that is not properly packaged It is YOUR responsibility to ensure your item is sufficiently protected..

*You may incur additional charges if the driver has to pay for parking while loading / unloading or waiting.
Please be sure we have car park facilities near collection and delivery points. Any parking ticket will be payable by customer right away.

*Any jobs that are cancelled within 72 hours of the job taking place, a charge of £50.00 would be applied.

*FOR ALL EUROPEAN MOVES WE WILL NOW ASK FOR 50% DEPOSIT BEFORE PICK UP WITH BANK TRANSFERS
*ANY EUROPEAN JOBS THAT ARE CANCELLED THE DEPOSIT IS NOT REFUNDED.
