PLEASE NOTE: We are new to this site and offer competitive prices to help build up our feed back, with over 5000 jobs already completed we know what were doing.
We don't charge extra for evening or weekend collection/ deliveries. Prices quoted is based on ground floor collection and delivery please ask if not.
We are an A 2 B transport company we are not a parcel network so your goods are not passed to other parties or even thrown around. We collect we deliver.
If you would like a 2 man service then please let us know before you book us as there will be no extra charge but this must be booked in advance.
We do all the arranging for you regarding collection and delivery, days and times etc with all parties concerned so you don't have to all we need is the contact details once you have secured the booking.
We give out a 2 to 3 hour window so no one is waiting in all day and 30 minute text or a phone call prior to our arrival.
We also bubble wrapped and blanket wrapped all furniture and strap securley in to the vehicle. We have Goods in Transit insurance of 20k. We pride ourselves in the highest level in customer service at all times.
Payment is to be made in full, we can not provide credit facilites. A deposit may be required of 50% and balance paid on delivery. Cancelation less than 24hrs in advance will occure a 50% cancelation charge. We accept Bank transfer, Paypal, and Cash. All European collections require 50% deposit 3 days defore collection.
If your booked in for a delivery and do not attend we will charge a 50% fee for redelivery.
