Thanks for visiting my profile. I’m based in Wembley. All goods are handled carefully and moved without any damage. My aim is to provide efficient and reliable service at the highest standard. Our T&C will be emailed once the bid is accepted. Every communication and amendments must be done in writing preferably via email. Voicemail messages, blocked and unknown numbers will be ignored!



TERMS AND CONDITIONS:



1. Please confirm the date and time before accepting my quote to ensure that your requested date/time slot is still available .I reserve the right to cancel jobs if they have been accepted prior without checking our availability.



2. It is customer's responsibility to ensure the availability or have permission for parking. Any parking fines will be paid by the customer. CONGESTION charge (OR OTHER NECESSARY ROAD TOLLS) ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE QUOTED PRICES, SO IF THEY APPLY WE WILL ADD ON TOP OF THE BALANCE.



3. Please ensure that your inventory/description is as accurate as possible. If there is a vast variance in items then i do reserve the right to charge additional costs(I don’t mind to take a couple more small boxes). If weight/size/quantity of goods provided by you are incorrect or incomplete then i reserve the right to CHARGE an additional fee, or REFUSE to transport the item(s) if there is not enough space on my vehicle. You cannot list a few items and end up with a van load for the same price.



4. Suitable packing and wrapping of items are full responsibility of the customer. Please note that packing materials and packing service are not included in the quote. Although we use Goods In Transit insurance and provide the necessary blankets, wraps, stripes and cords to secure your goods, WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OCCURING DUE TO POORLY PACKED OR UNPACKED FURNITURE OR ANY OTHER BELONGINGS.



5. If you provide a different collection/delivery address than on your listing extra charges may be incurred.



6. If i have to wait more than 15 minutes at either collection or delivery address a waiting charge of £20 per 30 minutes will apply. I'm sure it's not your case.



7. If floor level is not stated extra charges will be incurred. In case floor levels have not been mentioned on the job-sheet, items will be delivered to the ground floor, or additional charges will be applied to cover the costs.



8. If there are narrow/long hallways/corridors/stairs or corners that create difficulties and slows our movers’ work, an extra charge may occur.



9. Our quote is for one trip only (if the numbers of items exceed your initial estimation we can do the additional trip if we HAVE AVAILABILITY and you will be charge accordingly ). Additional charges might occur if the road or drive is unsuitable for our vehicles to load and/or unload within 25 METERS of the doorway.



10. Please note that we might take other jobs on board unless you have paid for an exclusive van;



11. If the client didn’t negotiate a time slot for the pick-up/drop-off then I reserve the right to choose one.



12. It is your responsibility to check that any item you bought will fit into your home/place of work or is to heavy and dismantling/ assembling is needed then extra charges will apply from 30gbp/object(depends how big and complex is the item). After accepting the quote, please send us on email Photo of item (s) that has/have to be dismantled or/and assembled.



13. If an item cannot be removed without breaking/damaging it, I can refuse to transport it without affecting the initial quote.



14. Please do inform me if there is or would be a problem with regards to access to the building or property, i.e. steps, no driveway, narrow access parking, so I know what to expect so I can avoid delays.



15. In case of traffic delays, motorway closures, vehicle breakdowns, staff illness which may result in i not getting to you at the arranged time or even on the arranged day, whilst I will endeavor to keep you fully informed I may, due to time restraints, have to reschedule your job.



16. The van is covered for Goods in Transit(30k) and the public liability is for £2.000.000.



17. If a job is canceled on short notice (within 48 hours of arranged time) a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. Less than 24 hours’ notice, full amount will be payable



18. You agree to examine the goods carefully and must tell me about any loss or damage to the goods before the removal team leaves delivery address. Any subsequent application will not be considered.



19. Items weight that i/we can lift are limited by Health &Safety Regulations, and we reserve the right to empty/dismantle and apply extra charges for this.



20. We are not liable for damages that may occur due to tight hallways, steep corners, small doorframes etc;



21. We reserve the right to ask for 10-20% to be paid when a job is being canceled by Customer or Jobs Provider.
