LABOUR: In ALL cases the customer will have been quoted for an appropriate vehicle to transport their listed goods and a driver ONLY, any extra manpower required for carrying items above 25kg will be the responsibility of the customer.

RISK MANAGEMENT: In ALL cases the customer will have been quoted for transport of their listed goods from a ground floor location to a ground floor location. (Increased Insurance charges would need to be applied where stairways are involved to comply with current HSE regulation requirements)

ACCESS: Our drivers reserve the right to refuse collection or delivery of any item where the vehicle access has been deemed poor, inadequate, in breach of Highway Law or HSE Policies.
