I would like to apologise to all my previous customers who I badly let down however after trying on my own I now have a partnership with an experienced courier so I will not let any further clients down

When the guys turned up to deliver the heavy item they did not know how to get it off the van they had hired. After 4 hours of trying to unload it in what looked like very dangerous way they finally sent for help. The job cost me £200 and I would not recommend them in any way. It was unhelpful that the courier refused to answer the phone throughout, and only communicated by text. Response:for starters he gave me the wrong weight i asked couriers if they could handle it they said yes what could i do and by the way it cost 30deposit to site and 150 to courier which is 180 not 200 it cost me an extra 60 quid due to given wrong weight | |
